Argh! 1 month till Christmas – Calm Down!

I had the absolute pleasure, last night, of presenting the Secrets to Christmas Calm teleseminar with Chris Owen of Pink Apple, Christmas Angel and co-author of Save Our Xmas Sanity – The Christmas Calm Manual

There was wine and pyjamas, and also some really, really great tips on creating calm for yourself this Christmas Season. Given there’s only a month to go, we felt it rather timely.

(It was also very exciting – for us – coz it was our first teleseminar! OK, maybe not exciting for everyone, but we gotta start somewhere )
